Fees and policies
Consultation/Session: £100/50 minutes. I accept AXA and BUPA insurance.
Cancellation policy
I ask for 48h notice when canceling/rescheduling an initial consultation.
I charge the full fee for any cancelled/missed sessions including absences caused by your work commitments and holidays. If for logistical reasons a face to face session may not be possible for you, I may be able to offer you a phone/video counselling session at the time of your appointment. In case of illness or emergency, I will try to offer another day and time if possible. I do not charge for the sessions that have been missed due to my absences.
I commit myself to a particular time slot during the week which will belong exclusively to you. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, I will not change that time and use it for another purpose. I view it as important that you demonstrate commitment to the process and attend sessions on a regular basis in order for therapy to be effective. If you are not able to make an appointment, I would appreciate it if you let me know as soon as possible, preferably during the prior session.
